And I know that many of you have heard the stories.

There's so many people that didn't achieve greatness until they were in their 40s or 50s or even older and

Sometimes we forget that you know sometimes we're in our life and we're going through ups and downs and challenges and fears and struggles and

it feels like where we are today is where we're always going to be and time is

passing us by and we no longer have the opportunity or the ability to achieve our dreams and that's simply not true unless we choose it to be.

Henry Ford did not design the model T until he was 45 years old.

Vera Wang, one of the world's leading Premier fashion designers, didn't even enter the fashion industry

until 40 years old. Ray Crock, who designed and grew McDonald's into the

largest fast food franchise in the world didn't even take over McDonald's

until he was 52 years old.

And I could literally spend the entire episode today running through the list that goes on forever of

individuals that did not achieve greatness until their later years

until they were older than the age of 40,

probably older than you are today.
