It'll be the day before Thanksgiving. So I have to remind you all if you do celebrate this holiday

If it is a day that you fellowship with your people your family and friends

Don't forget to put some food aside for your ancestors. You can make them a separate plate doesn't have to be you know

You make them like a small little plate

Just one put it off to the side and concept your intention like I'm bringing my ancestors into the space

This is like for you all and you can just dispose of it. You know when you dispose of your own food

You can make some food and put it by an altar that you have or made or or whatever you can put food by the altar one the altar

or

a more inconspicuous way to do

At any point when you're eating it's just kind of put a little bit of the food that you're eating over to the side

Like before you start eating you have your plate full of food

Just put a little piece of turkey over there put a little macarons cheese put a little greens

You know and then just don't eat that and then you eat the rest of your food

But it's on your plate. So just kind of looks like you just have like a little bit that you didn't eat and

Then you you kind of before you eat you say the prayer like okay

I'm calling my ancestors into the space like this is for y'all this is the food. I've left to the side

Happy be merry. I love you

So those are ways that you can honor your ancestors

While you eat so do that on Thursday

And of course we don't see it for the pilgrims in that bullshit

But a beautiful day to be thankful a beautiful day to be with your family friends in a beautiful day
