for being here. It's Lindsay and Krista. And it's as if we're just doing an intro for

the first time ever. I feel in a little rusty. It's been a week. I don't know if you guys

are how you guys have been feeling. You know, I came into 2021, 2021 like on fire. Like I

was like, yes, this is the best year of my life. And I've been given some lessons. And it's

just never fails to amaze me this journey of life. Honestly, literally, sometimes I'm like,

God, it's just hard. And I was like, thinking about that the other day, I was like, I wish

I could express or say what happens behind the scenes. But in a business, it's really hard

to do without feeling unprofessional to share everything that goes on behind the scenes. And so

it's like a weird incongruency that I feel sometimes where I'm like, I can't, I'm really,

really honest almost all the time with you guys. And it feels weird to not be able to express

what goes on that's been really hard lately. Yeah. Yeah. And so the point of like, oh, this

never ends just kind of like working on things and going through things. I've been thinking about

that a lot. And I'm like, am I bringing too much, too much expectation to like thinking that

that I'm working towards this one thing when I'm doing the work. Do you know what I mean?

Where I'm like, to your point of just feeling like another thing that I have to work on.

Yeah, it's funny. And it's like, because if I'm expecting that or whatever my goal is, then what?

I die. You know, like it's like at your goal, you have another level of learning. There's always

something technically to be learned. And it's like, if you learn it and heal it, hopefully,

it doesn't continue to show up. Yes. Yeah. We've, we've had a lot of things. January was a,

um, is like a very dense month of, of birthing new things. We have our rebrand membership. We

did camp almost 30 and all like really positive and exciting. And I think sometimes when you birth
