We're an exciting Sunday for you. It's a Sunday full of baking and bananas.

I had no other B. I had no alliteration for that. I was also looking to see if I could

find sounds that like would exemplify how the baking went today and then I hear

what I've come up with. Wait a second. Oh, I got to put it this way. Hang on.

That was it for that echo. We described what happened. Yeah, it didn't go well.

Why is that so loud? Because it's a gong. You can't have a quiet gong.

I mean, you can have a less abrasive gong. What's fair? Anyway, sorry. Speaking of loud things,

how's your day going? Not great. What's the matter? You know, it's Rochishada.

Roch, happy Roch. Chaps, haps, new year to all of you out there celebrating. Happy year,

37, 53. Actually, don't know what year it is. It's 57. 58, 57. I think 57.

And it is 50. I think it is turning 57, 83. Congratulations. Everybody who thought we wouldn't

make it to 57, 82 is really. Yeah. Anyway, happy Roch. Dory was going to make some holla.

And she did make holla. She made two loaves, one with raisins. Dory makes a really good holla

for anybody who hasn't had it. I recommend it most of the time. Except we were out of all

purpose flour. And instead of asking her husband to go to the store to get all purpose flour.

Well, I wanted to get going on it because holla takes so long. And I was like, whatever.

I'll just use this whole wheat flour. It'll like basically be the same. Never. Guess what? It's not.

It's not at all the same. It's not the same. It took like baking classes, which is like,

this is wild. What are you talking about? Didn't you take French baking classes during the

pandemic? I got the early start of the pandemic. I took a class on like, no, I took two classes.

Thank you. That's two classes. Very specific thing. Oh, was it baking though?
