Hello, beautiful soul. Welcome back to the Purpose Show podcast. Today we're going to do a bit of a

pep talk and I'm just going to kind of riff with you all about something that I've been thinking

about in my own life, in my own personal life,

and my own, like noticing my own patterns and just been in this place of thinking about this more

and more. And then it's the fact that you are both the problem and the solution for yourself and in your life.

And what I mean by that is we are creating our own, right?

And we are also the solution to solving them.

So we know that we are creating our reality, right?

You have an experience.

Something happens. And that makes you think thoughts about that experience

Those thoughts are being filtered through like your own beliefs or perceptions and then those bring those thoughts that you're thinking bring up emotions that you're feeling which add to the experience of like your perception in that experience your experience

And then when you think those thoughts and feel those feelings repeatedly that forms beliefs.

It forms neural pathways in your brain and it becomes literally part of who you are.

And then because you believe certain things, you are perceiving life and circumstances

and situations a certain way, and that is creating the experiences that you're going to have.

So it's this experience, thought, emotion,

belief cycle that we're all in all the time,

whether we are trying to be in that or not.

The power really gets into your hands when you recognize that this is how life works and this is the pattern that you are always in and then you can get intentional and really kind of use this information in your favor by creating a life that you love,

creating experiences and beliefs and moving in this cycle, moving with this cycle in a way that deeply supports you and

your happiness.
