And this week we have in the studio as a friend of the podcast, Melody Shakia. Hey, hey, yep, Melody Shakia. She is here. As you guys mentioned, I had been looking for a specific type of guest. And I found her, but before we get into why she's here, we're going to go into the segment, shit you should know. And recently, we just had, what does it call, Cyber Monday? Mm-hmm. And I did a little shopping, not too much because, you know, I ain't got no job. So I need to, you know, be careful about how much money I spent and I saved my money. Cyber Monday was not part of my budget, but I did buy some things. And I saw that Supercent. Do you know who she is? Say it again? Supesent. I don't know who she was either.

But there's this makeup.

I don't know how much you are into makeup called the crayon box. And she created this makeup a couple years back. And she used to bus tables, clean hotel rooms. So she's been doing very well with it. She sold a million. She grossed a million dollars in 90 minutes. Oh my goodness. On Cyber Monday. It was so good to watch. As I watched the video and it showed how it was just going. Like her phone just kept going with orders and orders. And this is just what she started doing, you know? And it was her calling. She worked really hard for it. She didn't come from anything to just do it. Like she said, she bus tables. She cleaned hotel rooms. She did the work behind it to be able to support what she wanted to do in her dream. And she did it. And now she's like living her purpose. Basically she's like, don't give up. And she's encouraging others to do it. But I thought it was amazing. That is awesome. you know, I'm, I have to go look her up because I've never heard of her. What's her name again?

Supercent. Supercent. Yeah, so it's S-U-P-A and then cent. Okay. Yeah, like 50 cent, but super cent. So she came apparently back from the Vine Days and making videos and all this stuff, but listen, shout out to her, and she's a woman of color. She is a black woman. So I was just like, this is amazing that women and women of color are getting to shine and they're getting the recognition and business because we know what we're doing. And a lot of these men sometimes are like, oh, you know, you guys should just sit down and work and be housewives. I don't know about you, but I can't be a housewife.

I can work within a house.

I don't have to go to a nine to five job. Oh, correct. Right, like I am here. Yeah, I can stay home, definitely. That's it, but I'm, well, I don't like stay home either. I have to at least be with people. So I'm bringing the people here. Like you're here with me and I get to talk to you, so it's not like I'm really home.

Yeah.

But cleaning, I don't do that.

Mm-mm.

I have a... I'm bringing the people here. Like, you're here with me and I get to talk to you. So it's not like I'm really home. Yeah.

But cleaning, I don't do that. I have a cleaning lady. And actually, she's gone right now this month. Like, who told her she can take a vacation? She went back home to Columbia and I'm stressed. So I have to buy extra underwear because when you were not an underwear, then you have to wash them. And I don't wash my clothes.

See, I have to clean.

I don't mind cleaning.

I hate it.

It was part of her purpose in life.
