Summary
Your eating might be imbalanced. Either you're eating way too much unhealthy stuff or, way too much healthy stuff. The latter might not sound like a bad thing but, it can actually become a problem.
In this episode, I'll explain why and give you some tips for how you can find balance with your eating. There is no one size fits all but, by doing just a few things, you can find what fits you.
