And I, I'd heard of Christian a few times before.

But when I then rere-read about his unbelievable challenge of running the most delevation in 24 hours as a team by running up and down Table Mountain, I thought we've got to get him on. So welcome to podcast, the wonderful Christian Grayling. Ray!

Oh, my absolute pleasure. I guess we probably should explain the background, your lack of background, shall we say, physically in the video. So tell us what's

happening at the moment. Yeah, so currently we are in our 40 of a power outage. And I've got my

last battery lights and my headlamp shining on my face so that you can at least see me.

And, but yeah, power outages are quite common in South Africa.

We have a term called load shedding.

Most people in first world countries don't know what it's all about, but we actually share power.

So currently we scheduled for stage six load shedding, which is one of the worst we've experienced in three years.

And that means that we'll be off for six hours at a time.
