0:00.0	It can be just as dangerous to prematurely use what is new as it is to get stuck in what is old.
0:07.5	Sometimes we're chasing the new fat or the next new star, but the gospel must be committed to faithful people.
0:13.2	And here's the deal. It takes time to build character and it takes time to earn trust.
0:18.3	You cannot fast track it. You're going to have to go through some things
0:22.1	in order to help lead others through some things. So you have to live in the tension of being
0:27.6	the new wine in the new wine skin, but having the patience to wait for when God says it's time
0:34.4	for you to pour it out. So young people listen to me.
0:38.3	Sometimes we think, why am I not there yet?
0:40.3	Why am I not getting the promotion?
0:41.3	Why am I not getting the opportunity?
0:43.3	Why am I not living all of my dreams?
0:45.3	You've got to give the new wine time to ferment
0:48.3	just because I've surrounded myself
0:51.3	with younger people and inexperience. I want to help them grow and become
0:57.6	the fully fermented wine that God is destined for them to be so they can have the impact on the
1:03.2	earth that they're going to have prematurely putting them out there is as dangerous as me
1:09.4	hanging on too long to things that God is done with.
1:18.9	We've all faced moments where faith feels tired or peace feels so far away and we seem to have lost our joy.
1:27.4	But flourishing is not found in the absence of storms or challenges.
1:31.3	It's actually found in digging deeper roots.
