Summary
Today I am joined by fellow podcaster John Stallone to talk about calling in critters. John has been bounding the Arizona hills calling in coyotes and hunting with his bow. There are not a lot of people shooting coyotes with a bow so I had to ask about that but it turns out there are a lot of parallels to calling in elk. In fact, we talk about the parallels of calling all animals and the learning curve it takes to go from being able to call animals to be able to get a shot. We also talk about tips for keeping it together during the season and the struggles of the mental game.
The old Mike Tyson Quote, “Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.” is always very evident when it comes to hunting. John and I talk about ways to overcome those struggles and keep your head in the game this year.
