is finally coming out with our own pre-workout

August 21st at 7 p.m. Pacific Standard Time and a lot of things went into this. This has been my passion

project for this year so I'm super excited about and I'll talk about it at the end.

Oh yeah I'm excited to hear about it because I've seen it happen but as you guys know I've stepped away from Barbell like heavily maybe even 100% yeah I'm 100% out of it

so I would just see it in stages and now to see the to see it live and in charge and here is cute it's like you had a baby

Okay, so today's topic is something that I actually thought about on the way here.

And it's been something that's been requested before, but I just never really felt any sort of connection to it.

And I don't know why all of a sudden I was just like, hmm, that's very interesting, maybe because I just had some time to think about it.

But what I want to discuss with you today is how has it been

dating outside of your race?

I think it's been and I guess I mean like just in general yeah like in general

across high school college all that yeah in general and then what are like the things you

like about it and then the things you don't like about it.
