Okay, and on today's show, we're going to be joined by Jeff Ratcliffe of Pro Football Focus to talk

about waiver wire pickups and to recap some news items from week 8. Hey, Jeff, thanks for joining us.

Always happy to stop by and talk to football. Okay, so Jeff, this might not be the most single

fantasy relevant news story, but the Patriots just traded their young starline backer Jamie Collins

to the Browns for a third-round pick. I mean, isn't this the same as the Warriors last season

trading Clay Thompson to the 76ers in the middle of the season, their middle, their championship run

for a high-second round draft pick? What's going on? As a Philadelphia, I really would have liked to

see that happen, but you know, it's one of those things with Bill Bell check that I don't know if

it's going to make sense at this point. You know, we did see them obviously. They acquired Kyle

Van Neu, Van Neu, that's hard to say quickly, a couple of weeks ago, a promising kid entering the

league, but really kind of didn't fit a role in that Detroit defense playing strong side linebacker

which is actually where Collins played. So I don't know if that's a thing. I mean, right now,

you would think that Barcavius Mengo would play in the base defense. And then they're really

high on a land in Roberts, who is like a no-name or for a lot of folks out there. But he's been playing

well this year and maybe slides into an every-down role with Dante Hightower, who has been fantastic.
