I get to have a co-host join me, today being one of those lucky days. Cindy Beale was on episode number

11. She's a huge supporter of what goes on at the messy table, and together we have the privilege of chatting with

our guests for today, our friend Nicole Knox. But first, if you don't already know, the messy table
