I have a very special guest with me today.

I have been trying to figure out and wrap my head around

cryptocurrency for about a decade now because I'm a libertarian and I've been in this scene forever.

So I've only been following you for a few months now. I don't actually know your background on what you got or what got you into this. So if you could just give us like a kind of clips note version of how you found cryptocurrency and why it appealed to you?

Yeah, absolutely.

So the first time that I ever heard about Bitcoin was 2011.

And the reason why was because I was campaigning for Ron Paul.

I was a delegate in Washington State for him. I was about 19 years old and it was just among those people of liberty-minded individuals that I first heard about Bitcoin. Unfortunately, you know, I was 19 at the time. I didn't have any money in the on-ramps in 2011

weren't as easy as they were now. So I didn't buy in but I thought it was a great idea and especially just seeing it be a beacon of hope in terms of

technologically advancing our libertarian ideas.
