| 1:29.7 | And so many people are on lockdown are trying to practice social distancing and for some that can really trigger feelings of isolation, feelings of depression, for those who have experienced trauma, have gone through |
| 1:48.2 | periods in your life or moments in your life of extreme powerlessness. It can heighten that feeling of despair and worry. |
| 1:58.7 | And so I want you to know that there are really some key things that we can do to continue our journey home |

| 2:17.8 | dealing with the realities of distrust not being certain about the information that they are receiving or who or |
