Jill Biden's Afghanistan disaster is worse than Vietnam.

And we're going to get to why in just a moment.

But first we need to unpack exactly how we got here.

So Biden gave a speech, an Afghanistan speech yesterday.

He took time out from his vacation at Camp David,

come to the White House, walked up to the podium,

wearing a freaking mask, and then proceeded to talk

as if he was some strong man in the world.

It was a disgrace.

It was an embarrassment to our country.

It was an absolute disaster.

And beyond that, beyond simply the policy being idiotic,

the speech was full of falsehoods.

Falsehoods and ignorance actually were the two defining words

that I would categorize, or I would use to describe his speech.

And by the way, working in politics and working in the media specifically,

I feel like I've gotten desensitized to a lot of different types of situations.

Because we cover a lot of bad news all the time.

We talk about threats to our country.

We talk about tragedies.

We talk about poisonous ideologies.

We talk about a lot of heavy stuff, both in our country and around the world.
