I had a really rough day today. I mean, probably one of the worst days I've had in quite some time,

at least when it comes to my body. And it's all the most awkward and comfortable stuff that like

anyone ever has to do, like I'm buying it a one day. Oh my god. So let me preface this with,

you know, like we just said, the principles of our show or live laugh love your mom. That doesn't

mean you just talk like don't live your life out loud on the good days. You gotta join the bad days too.

And I feel like I've got to share this because I've never wanted no idea. Number two, I never want

to know this ever again if possible. So I'll start with part one of today, which was I, I told you I

have this rash, right? And it's in between my inner thighs. And it's been there now for, I mean,

how long mom six months probably. I've been talking about this. And it started after I started

running a lot. And I couldn't quite figure out like what was going on. I, you know, like in anything

to go to the doctor with like your groin is like the worst. Especially if you have a female doctor.
