So hypnosis is a deeply relaxing state where you can access the power of your subconscious mind. It's like daydreaming, only you're more focused and more

in tune with your inner self, which we tend to get really busy and like suppress and be very disconnected from.

Sometimes we get so caught up in our daily lives that we just lose touch with who we really are and what we really want and we start to kind of wear different hats and take on various roles which can make us feel really disconnected from our true selves and honestly kind of
