him. I am so glad that you've joined me today. I'm believing that God is going to speak to you through

his word and that you are going to be equipped and empowered to fulfill your God-given purpose.

You know, I love to work out and I've made it part of my daily

practice for decades. And I'm so grateful that I have because really it's given me longevity

in the work that I do. We do so much travel and all the teaching and the writing that I do.

Working out has actually just helped me to sustain and maintain that. Now,

I personally love doing cardio. I love to hike. I love to run. I love going on the elliptical

because just the dopamine and serotonin rush make me feel awesome. But the older that I get,

the more I know that I need to work out on my core to ensure that I stay

strong and that I can run and walk and sit up and stand. And that means that there are some

exercises and things that I don't love, but I have to do it if I want to keep my core strong,

things like push-ups and sit-ups and planks. And the truth is, the more I do them, whether I like it or not,

the better and stronger that I feel. Well, in the same way that we've got a physical core,

today I'm going to unpack what I believe to be our spiritual core, the three major core

muscles of our spiritual life that are actually the foundation of everything that we do.

And if you and I can spend time strengthening these three core spiritual muscles, I believe
