Summary

"I'm never eating this again." Most of us have had this thought after bingeing on a food...and we don't really mean it. We WILL eat it again. And telling ourselves we won't can actually set us up to feel urges to eat it and then binge on it again. So we need to stop telling ourselves that.

BUT, what about when it really IS the only time you're going to eat it? Maybe it's the only time this year, maybe it's the only time ever. If you've been in a situation like that, you might find yourself overeating it, or bingeing on it, because you want eat as much as you can while you can. If this happens to you, then this episode is for you.

I'm going to show you what you can do to not overeat or binge when this is really the only time you'll eat that food. My suggestions are simple and doable and will make a big difference in how much you eat. So listen in to find out what you can do.
