I am Frank Curzon, your host of the SNA Investor Podcast, where I break down the headlines and tell you what's really moving these markets.

I always seem to have another Florida story for you and how I'm getting used to my new home, but sometimes something happens and make me realize that Florida is

really really different from New York. For one nobody really calls you back

here and it's kind of funny they basically tell you you they're going to call you back on Tuesday,

and that means I'm going to call you back whenever I feel like it. So I'm starting to get used to that,

because in New York, everyone basically calls you back. Also, I have, you know, I don't pay a lot of money.

It's not like I'm rich, but I do have a guy that does my landscaping who cuts my lawn

for me.

I also have a guy that takes care of my pool.

And they basically don't have a schedule. I have to pay them on time. I have to pay them at the end of every month and if I don't pay them for three days I'm sure they're going to call me immediately. But it's funny because instead of one of them coming on Monday, one of them coming on Tuesday, They all decide to come basically on different days, which could be a pain if you're cutting lawn and you know you have to clean a pool because if you just clean a pool and you cut the lawn the next day, it really defeats the purpose.

But the funniest story I have for you is I just got a baby barrier around my pool.

And more of a serious note, for those of you who do have kids and have pools, baby buyers are really, really cool.

They're expensive, but they're adorable and the kids really can't get in.

And it makes you sleep a little bit better at night.

But the guy who put it up, he was really, really nice.

It gave me a price.

And I said, is that the same price if you pay cash?
