So the first the first question I always asked her I guess and I'm gonna go like one by one I'm gonna start with two KG so like what was the start to you doing all the things you're doing now with all the real estate, all the businesses and stuff you're doing?

I was to start to that.

So I'm pretty new to invest in real estate, but I've been wanting to do it for a really long time.

As soon as I graduated from college, I wanted to jump into the market, but I didn't have a lot of cash on hand so I became an entrepreneur first and really just been gearing up for this year.

I had a bunch of plans about how I wanted to invest in this year and it's just been falling in place. The meetup was a part of

our plan and it went better than I could have expected.
