Moon, let's start with you so what are your

realistic expectations for Glennon well you know I'm not sure what the

expectations can really be although I sort of understand the thinking you're

you're going for upside you know I think they knew what they had and Brian

Hoyer I think that obviously the coaches liked him a lot, the ball security and so forth.

But what Ryan Pace looked at, and you can look at a few games on tape, was a guy who could

explode.

He could be, this could be the breakthrough guy for him.

There wasn't a lot in the market.

I mean, they weren't going to get Jimmy Garoppolo, and they weren't going to get Kirk Cousins. You hate to think of this as best available, but I think that's probably a fair

statement. What's your biggest takeaway from the Cutler era? Because that's over now, too.

Well, you know, I think Jay obviously was his own worst enemy the first few years here.

He had a hard time adjusting to being the leader of this heritage team. He obviously

had trouble protecting the football. I think he was in some respects treated very unfairly,

to be honest, because when things really went south, was at halftime of that 2010 championship

game when other NFL veterans started attacking him on Twitter.

And it was wrong and it was unfair.

And it's really since that time that he kind of actually started to mature and grow up a little bit.
