And I don't mean just like spoke to Jay or like chilling or going on a weekend vendor.

I mean letting go of all the things in life that aren't bringing you joy that aren't bringing you

closer to what you want in this one life and letting go is probably one of the most powerful

super tools that you have as a human with compassion and empathy and a soul.
