And I'm Bryce.

And today we are going to be in Exodus 7 through 13, the 10 plagues and trying to get Israel out of Egypt.

God's going to tell Moses to deliver them.

So we saw last week that there is this moment between the pain

and suffering imposed upon us and deliverance day. And today's message is that the Lord will,

in fact, deliver us from our challenges with a mighty hand. That mighty hand is here. And I love how

it begins, starting in chapter 7, verse 3, the Lord says,

I will harden Pharaoh's heart and multiply my signs and my wonders. He's introducing a great

doctrine that I want to spend some time on, this multiplying signs and wonders.

It's the law of increasing witnesses, that God increases in severity as an act of kindness.

He is very serious about freeing Israel from bondage, and he follows a law of increasing witnesses.

Let me show you a modern day example of this same thing. I have a son who, when he was a younger

boy, was somehow fascinated with knives, and the larger the knife, the more he was fascinated.

One day he was sitting at the kitchen

table while I was doing the dishes. And I had opened up the dishwasher and pulled out the bottom

rack and there was the large butcher knife. The largest knife in our house was sitting right there

in the front of the dishwasher. And I could, out of the corner of my eye, I could see that it caught his attention.
