So as we discuss the latest in mixed martial arts it's gonna sound like a TMZ show

because a lot of stuff's going on that doesn't involve face punching well maybe some does

one's an elbow delivered by a manager former fighter against a streamer I don't know that world's

kind of new to me but But yeah, there's that.

And then two ladies, they used to get down in the past. They're going to do it again in May. What else? I forget. But there's a lot to discuss. It's a lot of drama, folks. So get ready. I'm here for it. You know, I kind of like it. Plus, we got Izzy Martinez, one of the co-founders of

Real American Freestyle Wrestling. It's called RAF. They leave out the W, apparently. But they

have a sixth numbered event coming up at the end of February in Arizona.

So we'll talk to them about that.

And, of course, the big rise that has been RAF since midway through last year.

Rhonda Rousey and Gina Carrano announcing that they're going to fight yeah yeah i think that is

what's your reaction to that one well we kind of had an idea right i don't know about four months ago
