As we discussed the latest in mixed martial arts, we've got some news to go over, a fight booking, some popular fighters that are agreed to sign to throw down an injury update here or there and some controversy with fighters, possibly turning down fights.

Got two interviews for you, Forid Bashrock, coming off a big win over Chris Gutierrez.

And we also have Sean Merriman. He's the promoter of Lights Out Extreme Fighting based in southern California.

His show's coming up on November 1st, former pro football player.

So together with previewing UFC 321 should be a good one.

We're not in the Paramount Plus CBS era yet. But it's not the normal start time of Saturday night at 10 p.m. Eastern, 7 p.m. Pacific. This one's early. 2 p.m. Pacific for the main card. That's all we're going to do is the five fights. So for us, it'll be 11 a.m. in the morning. Two title fights should be a good one, but don't get caught slipping because it's an early start time.
