Summary

The Massenomics frat house is dead. Luckily that won't negatively effect all of the other awesome Massenomics stuff we do. We take a look into Yury Belkin's insane sumo deadlift technique and Zahir Khudayarov's insane Instagram posting. Most importantly we introduce our first major sponsor to the Massenomics Podcast: StrongFit. We have one of their sandbags already, and we have three more coming.
