First and foremost, happy New Year's. It is January 1st today and I'm excited to be airing a podcast on the first day of the new year.

This is going to be a really cool podcast because I'm going to discuss a few things that I think will be very, very helpful for you guys entering the new year.

As far as reflecting on 2019, projecting for 2020, and just your perspective of how
