We had Nikki Brasier on the show a few weeks ago and we really only scratched the surface

of the things that we wanted to talk about, so Nikki's back.

I love that you like reached out and you're like, can we talk about like that you're like

a new mom and you're coming back to CrossFit and all this other stuff and then we spoke,

we talked for like an hour and a half and never even got to like having the baby.

I'm like, you do have a child, don't you?

I did birth a human, yeah, actually I did do that.

It was just so, it was really good catch up time and I think we needed that, so we're

back for around two to pick up where we left off, which is not about my insane Vegas stories.

We're gonna just skim over that today.
