1:25.2	something fun, whether it's the park or a walk or a class or whatever we do.
1:30.4	It gets me in my life and gives my brain a lot of mental rest.
1:34.7	And I just feel like I have seriously up-leveled.
1:39.4	And also, I have just been going through a lot of breakthrough in my own life.
1:42.6	So I think it's really showing through. My clients are just on the receiving end of two years of really hard work on my brain
