as an athlete in gymnastics and she competed, she competed at the Commonwealth Games, she

moved on to the CrossFit Games where she's been very successful in that career.

We talk all about her journey from gymnastics to CrossFit and what she plans for the

future.

She's such a lovely down to earth person.

Claire and I always like to talk to those types of people, maybe it's just because we are

those types of people and I love her spirit.
