1:04.1	happened was not great so we have to discuss let's start with the Supreme
1:09.3	Court because they did something this week that you probably could have seen coming, but it's the sign of things to come in my head.
1:18.0	And here's the backstory here. In the state of New York, the governor had
1:23.4	had, Andrew Cuomo had basically said,
1:26.1	look, we have a COVID emergency,
1:28.8	so we're gonna separate it by regions.
1:30.8	Some regions are harder hit than others.
1:33.2	And in the worst hit regions, we're going to put some really serious restrictions in place.
1:38.8	And all of that is fine and normal, and that's what you should be doing. Basically what the restrictions were
1:45.2	bars have to shut down. Jings have to shut down. Essential places like
1:51.4	grocery stores,
1:54.0	places where you're not gonna congregate,
