1:08.9	beeps beeps beeps all the time because what we have is advertisers and people and friends are just
1:15.3	bombarding us. There are thousands and thousands of messages that we get every
1:20.5	day either through the television screen or through our phones or just in on
1:25.2	billboards or in society in general and sometimes it's really hard to discern what is worth
1:30.5	knowing and what's not worth knowing.
1:33.4	I always say to my daughters, they've grown up obviously in an age where there is so much information.
1:39.6	But you know information in and of itself, well it's really not valuable unless you know what
1:45.4	is worth knowing and what is it we have to get really good at learning which
