You're a host of the S&A Investor Podcast,

where I break down the headlines and tell you what's really moving these markets.

And I have to say I had a pretty good week last week. Stocks were up.

I'm sure everybody's happy about that.

I hired a personal trainer for about three months so the guys

beat me up and I'm all saw now but really cool getting a personal trainer

although it's a little bit on the expensive side and you know I'm just trying to get to a little a little bit of shape here.

Also I was able to go surfing on Saturday and Sunday and it's kind of funny because I

have this enormous surfboard and it's kind of bigger than anyone's that I've ever seen.

So I have it on my truck and you know I'm glad it doesn't look that big when it's on my truck.

But when I'm driving from the beach which isn't too far from my house, you know, you have all the surfer guys, they see, you know, that you're a surfer because you can surf, wanting your truck, and they're like, hey dude, what's up? It's up. It's kind of like, I don't know, if you drive a Harley-Davidson, you pay a somebody, they give you like a thumbs up, say, what's going on so it's funny because all these guys like hey dude even though you know they have no clue out of surf yet

but yeah big surfing community so it's really cool to get out there and yeah I'm getting a little bit better a

little bit better but uh man you really appreciate what those guys do very very

difficult sport also on Sunday I watched the World Cup final for about 20 minutes.

Nike says just do it. I just couldn't do it. I couldn't do it. It was too boring.

I'd rather watch bowling. So I changed the channel to the US women's open and that's
