| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome. It is episode number 35 of the hilarious humanitarian's podcast. I'm |
| 0:10.5 | Francis Etcheveria, licensed marriage and family therapist. And I am Deanna Silverman, licensed |
| 0:16.0 | clinical social worker. And today we are going to touch on a subject that has been, well, as quickly as it |
| 0:23.4 | pops into the news with stories about celebrities, it fades away, which is the way it goes. And we |
| 0:29.4 | want to bring attention to the topic of suicide, suicide awareness, prevention, and also |
| 0:34.9 | some things to keep in mind as we would like to keep the conversation |

| 1:29.9 | increase, some signs that you should be on lookout for for yourself and others, and where to go from |
| 1:35.5 | here? Before we get started on our podcast, though, we'd like to remind you, especially today, |
| 1:40.7 | that we are for informational purposes only. We do not constitute medical advice and are not a |
| 1:46.6 | substitute for professional medical advice diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your |
| 1:51.1 | physician, your own mental health professional or other qualified health provider with any |
| 1:55.1 | question you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. We always like to throw |
