Hello and welcome. It is episode number 35 of the hilarious humanitarian's podcast. I'm

0:10.5

Francis Etcheveria, licensed marriage and family therapist. And I am Deanna Silverman, licensed

0:16.0

clinical social worker. And today we are going to touch on a subject that has been, well, as quickly as it

0:23.4

pops into the news with stories about celebrities, it fades away, which is the way it goes. And we

0:29.4

want to bring attention to the topic of suicide, suicide awareness, prevention, and also

0:34.9

1:29.9

increase, some signs that you should be on lookout for for yourself and others, and where to go from

1:35.5

here? Before we get started on our podcast, though, we'd like to remind you, especially today,

1:40.7

that we are for informational purposes only. We do not constitute medical advice and are not a

1:46.6

substitute for professional medical advice diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your

1:51.1

physician, your own mental health professional or other qualified health provider with any

1:55.1

question you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. We always like to throw
