So do bad is, the next guest I asked to come on the podcast because I've been referred to an old article they'd written where they were a 22 minute 5K runner and decided to just focus on the mile, managed to get their time down to sub five minutes.

To give you a sense of that, that is a 5K time slower than when I haven't trained at all to a mile time faster when I'm fully

trained because I've not broken for what I've done five dead that's it um so he's he's come from

behind to in front which is in itself incredible he writes for the new york and outside and

huge amounts of great magazines to the state.

So we wanted to get him on to hear about his stories.
