tying, let's see, Habib Narmaga made off, Benson Henderson, and BJ Penn for most

title defenses at three. The next one will break it. And notably,

this one was against a lightweight. So we're going to talk about that fight. We're going to talk

about the coming event, Sean Strickland versus Paulo Costa, and then the rest of the card, which was

entertaining. You know, if you watched our watch along yesterday yesterday we didn't come in too heavy week
