I'm going to do a short episode solo this week

in honor of my oldest turning four.

She turned four this week.

And I am not okay emotionally. I think having a four year old

it just feels so big because some of my very first memories

are like started around that age.

And so I'm like, oh my gosh, like she's just getting so big.

I can't believe that I have a four year old

and that I have three kids. It's all very amazing right now.

And we are so blessed, But having Jovey Turn 4 this week has made me reflect on a lot and I think also just because I'm in the birthing space I am very reflective on my births and my pregnancy

and birthing experiences so I wanted to hop on here as a birth worker

and as a mom and share things that I would do differently

if I could go back in time at my last three births and in post-partum.

I think just from podcasting, interviewing women from attending births and then everything that I've learned.

I've done the absolute best I could in each situation but that doesn't mean that there isn't

room to grow and reflection. And I think in this like motherhood world that's where we really
