solo interview with the incredible Dr. Harvey Carp. Now, maybe you've heard of him. He is,

I'm just calling him the baby whisperer, but he is one of the most trusted pediatricians

in the world. And he's also a child development expert. Now, you might be thinking,

did I stumble upon the wrong pod? Jess, what are you doing? Is this like, is this a mom pod? Now,

don't worry, relax. But I've got to tell you, the impetus for this is, I've been obsessed with Dr.

Carp since the moment I got pregnant with Lake and everyone started talking to me about Dr.

Carp, Dr. Carp, and I was like, who is Dr. Carp? He is the creator of, you may have heard of it,

this thing called the snoo. We'll talk about it. But he really is just like the all-knowing baby man.

He wrote the happiest baby on the block, the happiest child that's on the block, the happiest baby

got to great sleep. He is the, got to have so many, so much credentials. I'm not going to go

through all of them. But he's the faculty of the USC School of Medicine. He's a fellow of the

American Academy of Pediatrics. He's the CEO of the happiest baby, which is the smart tech

parenting and solutions parenting solutions company. Got here so many credentials that I'm not

going to go through them all. But basically, we are going to talk about how to cope as a parent

right now, especially if you have young children. And also, how to deal with the fatigue of being a

new parent. I have been getting some, I'll just say some feedback. It's about how tired I look

and often sometimes sound on the show. And you're not telling me anything I don't know.

So I wanted to kind of unpack that a little bit and see if there's anything that we can do about
