Let's start with a question from Peter.

Because Frank, you mentioned KKKR many times in the past and recently has dropped to levels not seen since mid 2013.

You view this as a great buying opportunity.

It's a good question, Peter.

I'm going to tell you a little bit about KKR.

It's now at 18. I recommend this stock first at around 12, 13 dollars a share a while ago.

That would be easily go to 30. I still think that today.

Companies dirt cheap.

He's an 8% yield expected to grow earnings by 25% plus annually over the foreseeable future

reported a huge quarter, huge quarter in July.
