0:26.4	blame, and regret. So this was one of the topics in the ROI return on investment
0:34.5	entrepreneur series course that we just finished up. And it was one of the most
0:39.8	powerful calls that we had. I actually talked about this over our final two calls. And I wanted to
0:45.5	share some of the things I taught the students and some of the coaching that I gave the students
0:51.6	that I wanted to really just pass on to everyone, even if you
0:56.3	didn't join the course. I think everyone needs to hear this message. And I delivered it very
1:03.4	differently in the ROI training, the energy, the way I was able to build up and lay out the foundation was really beautiful. And it was
1:14.7	a very loving, compassionate message. And this one, I want it to be a little more empowered and
1:23.2	a little stronger, also for the students that were in that course to have like another take at this.
1:30.2	So this is what we're going to dive into today. So here's one of the things that I shared with my
1:35.7	students that I think you need to know. Shame when it comes to anything, but we're going to have
1:41.4	this conversation around investing. Shame keeps us from wisdom.
1:46.7	We trade wisdom for shame. We don't realize we're doing that, but that is what happens.
1:52.6	When we allow ourselves to feel shame, then we aren't open to the wisdom that we could learn
1:57.9	and the value that we could extract from the thing that's creating the shame.
2:03.5	And blame keeps us from responsibility and empowerment.
2:08.7	And one of the things I always say when it comes to responsibility is the definition that I love to
2:13.1	think about is the ability to respond to any situation or the ability to respond in any situation. So it's not,
2:23.4	it's my fault. It's if I take responsibility, then I have the ability to respond in any situation
