Hey coaches, welcome to episode 343. Today we're going to talk about investment shame,

0:26.4

blame, and regret. So this was one of the topics in the ROI return on investment

0:34.5

entrepreneur series course that we just finished up. And it was one of the most

0:39.8

powerful calls that we had. I actually talked about this over our final two calls. And I wanted to

0:45.5

1:52.6

When we allow ourselves to feel shame, then we aren't open to the wisdom that we could learn

1:57.9

and the value that we could extract from the thing that's creating the shame.

2:03.5

And blame keeps us from responsibility and empowerment.

2:08.7

And one of the things I always say when it comes to responsibility is the definition that I love to

2:13.1

think about is the ability to respond to any situation or the ability to respond in any situation. So it's not,

2:23.4

it's my fault. It's if I take responsibility, then I have the ability to respond in any situation
