She's the founder of Shen Beauty. It's a boutique in Brooklyn. They also offer treatments

like microblading, facial swaxing. You know, honestly, I was thinking, I cannot remember when I

first met Jessica, but she's always been in the beauty world sort of as like the cool sister.

I never had who like just knows about beauty products before anyone else. And you just kind of

trust her opinion on it. She's worked as a fashion stylist. She's worked in fashion beauty

merchandising. We actually talked about that a little bit. And she helped launch free people's

expansion into beauty back in 2016. She also does consulting brand development. But her main gig is

running Shen Beauty. And they recently moved into a larger store. Jess and Jess and Jess had a good

chat too about like their how retail is changing in the post pandemic world. So we talk about that.
