What's up? Let's just talk about, I swear this week has been just like, when you listen to this

podcast, just know that Jess and I have recorded it over the course of, what is it now? Seven days?

It's, it's so stupid. It's obviously like, it's too boring to talk around.

If I believed in astrology, I would say like, some planet is in some position right now.

It's the dumbest thing. It's like, like, for every minute that you listen to this podcast,

it was like seven minutes of like, what the heck? How does this work?

And beauty research, not just tech barbells. That's right.

That's right. Talking about lipstick and mascara every single freaking day this week.

I hope you guys are having a lovely fall. We are talking about, oh, Jess is back with

buckle fat. We taught, we, we teach, I think I'm talking about a belt buckle fat.

Buckle fat is like this fat in your cheek. I remember when we were looking up, we're like,

is it buckle or buckle? But it's definitely buckle. That is the fat pads on your jawline because

Chrissy Teigen brought that into the zeitgeist, I guess, when she had that procedure now.

She's always putting something into the cultural conversation.

That is the deepest and yet most correct statement I have ever heard about Chrissy Teigen.

And you can, yes, yes, absolutely bringing things to the surface.

And this week it was buckle fat. Yeah, I have to say, I don't know people know this.

It's for buckle fat probably really. I have met her. I spent a day with her. I wrote a story

about her. I will tell you this, that woman is honest. She's not putting on a show for you all,

like, that is her thing. Like, she is full honesty and say what you will, but I appreciate that

she's open about things because it also lets people who have those same issues, you know,
