It seems like the entire Democratic Congress has done so.

The Senate did a fabulous job with their very successful filibuster, which we'll get to in a little bit.

And the House of Representatives took turns reading the statement from the Stanford rape victim on the floor of the House.

So, you know, and as Chris Murphy said, none of this is heroic compared to what other people are dealing with this week.

Right.

Yeah, fuck it all.

It's time to say fuck it all and just stand up for what's right.

And I'm glad to see in this election year that some people in the Democratic Party are doing that.

And that's a good thing.

And I have time. Because there are, there are well out of our control, a well established set of Beltway norms. And as long as everybody sticks to the fucking script, everybody moves incrementally forward and nothing really gets done.

And so when times like Orlando happen and are a major disruption and more than that and just devastating.

Yeah.

But also a disruption to the narrative.

That is an opportunity. And I don't mean that in a way.
