The parents of Gabby Petito will face off against the parents of Brian Laundry in front of a jury.

Gabby's parents, Joseph Petito and Nicole Schmidt, are suing, claiming Chris and Roberta Landry knew all along that their son murdered his 22-year-old fiancé.

The trial is set to begin on August 14, 2023, at a Venice, Florida County Courthouse.

The lawsuit saying, quote, while Joseph Petito and Nicole Schmidt were desperately searching for information

concerning their daughter Christopher Laundry and Roberta Laundry were keeping the whereabouts of Brian Laundry secret,
