A new friend, a golf friend, a real golf creator, if you will, and he's creating something

that I think really is meaningful to the community at large, especially if you happen to live in Tempe,

Arizona.

One of the coolest places I've ever been.

Jojo, you and I went to Rolling Hills.

I'm sorry, we went to grass clipping.

Was it Rolling Hills before?

It was the first name.

I didn't know that.

Yeah, so here's the thing is when you say, go to Rolling Hills, I'm sorry, grass clippings, you're sort of touching on metamorphosis as a whole. You know, Kafka would be impressed with how we view

time. Jimmy H. has one of the great golf names out there. I mean, I haven't talked to him about it yet,

but his name is Hosselton, which would be sort of, which would sort of sound like, like, you know,

technically speaking, I think it's the town of Haasles.

It's not wrong. He's also got a sweet move. Oh, dude. I mean, you know, like, you weren't here for the podcast, but no, I was not. It went through a whole history of Jimmy's trying to go pro,

becoming a pro catty, getting into real estate, and ultimately deciding to take on one of the

biggest, you know, kind of, it's a

huge problem to have a public-private partnership at a golf course inside of a community that

didn't really want it, you know, Rolling Hills, which would become grass clippings, become the

site of the only night golf in Arizona, which is a hot state, a hot state. He went and did this. It took

him the better part of four years to get this thing done. Yeah, it was no small task. And on the
