He also talked about alpha males and what it means to be one. In the press conference that starred both Dan Campbell and Brad Holmes, Dan Campbell basically screamed the servant leadership style that Brad Holmes discussed in his post-hire press conference. How folks haven’t really understood what Brad Homes was talking about is crazy to us. While some people are stuck on figuring out whether Brad Holmes or Dan Campbell are the top boss, we’ll share with you what is really going on (hint: its modern leadership). Dan talks about a number of fun topics, and shares some information about how he shifted his thinking about entering coaching, and probably earned himself a number of fans across the country.
