Summary
*FILMS DISCUSSED: GHOSTBUSTERS, SECRET LIFE OF PETS, PURGE, EAST LA INTERCHANGE* Chris and Graham welcome first time guest and doc filmmaker Betsy Kalin. Betsy met the guys at SF Doc Fest and talks about a cool surfer doc she saw there. Chris saw Ghostbusters and liked it but didn't feel the same about Secret Life of Pets. Graham likes the social commentary of Purge: Election Year even if it's brutal. Betsy talks about her doc on Boyle Heights, East LA Interchange and the 10 years it took to make it. Also Betsy talks about Summertime a French film she watched at Out Fest LA. This ep is like a baguette and celery.
