Today we're going to be speaking to Roman Krasnurik.

I think that's how you pronounce his name.

I probably, I might have, I might have pronounced it wrong, but we'll find out a little bit later.

He's going to be talking to us about his book, Carpe Diem, Regained, the Vanishing Art of Seizing the Day. And I've read it. It's basically

a book, it's all about how we as humans, we learn how to seize the day. And then it's been

hijacked by sort of those marketing type people and stuff and other people in society.

And he wants us to regain it for ourselves.

I think what I'm going to ask him to do, I think what he's going to do is he's going to teach us how to live our lives, Mark.

So if you're sitting there and you're at home and wherever you are and you're listening

to the podcast, you're thinking, am I living my life correctly?

You're asking him to do a lot in what an hour or whatever we do.

Yeah.
